As a Senior member, I am able to use the various equipment to do my daily workout.
I’ve been coming to In-Shape Salinas since November 2023, and while I’ve made great progress here and appreciate the space for my workouts, I’ve noticed the gym has been going downhill lately. One major issue is the cleaning situation — they removed the rags we used to spray disinfectant and replaced them with small wipes, but those are often out of stock.
