Love Doris' Chair Yoga classes and Lisa's Aqua Zumba classes in particular. Both provide various accommodations, whether you are in great shape, just starting out or dealing with ongoing issues that are affecting your health.
i like it good hours and newer equipment. it is a good atmosphere.
My biggest fear was leaving my son in kids club! I have absolutely no worries with the girls in there. I highly recommend the kids club! Five Stars!!!! We love The night shift girls!!! All the classes I've been to have been great! My favorite is Lisa's classes....well now she and Jessica are gone..... NO BODY PUMP and NO BODY SHRED! As for the replacement class....Step class. I am impressed with how fast they got a replacement class. I dont know how they compare but well see.
I like it much nicer then the past gyms located in Ridgecrest. Nice employees, nice members. :) Always clean. I'll leave the complaining to everyone else↕️
