People were nice and place was really clean! Lap pool has 4 lanes which is one more than I usually see at an In-Shape and the music is piped into the pool area. Nice!
It's a gym, go in, work out. It's that easy. Enjoy.

Just a piece of advice. Research to see if the name you were requested to "hound" is already a member. I have received numerous calls from you guys because someone dropped my name. I'M ALREADY A MEMBER!
I love working out at InShape. The personal trainers are great and the staff members are always professional. I have noticed there are much fewer group classes and I wish they would have more (like spin class). I also wish management would repair or replace equipment in a timely manner.
