The staff is amazing and the gym is nice, the app needs improvement and a couple of members that attend are bad apples. After my morning workout I like to use hydro massage bed. When I arrived to the gym and checked in the front desk showed me how to make an appointment on the app “reservation” as they call it. I made a reservation for 10:00am and when I came back to the front desk they stated that someone was on the bed and to please wait, which I did. Love In-Shape gyms 🏋️♀️ 💪 I tried a few other gyms in Bakersfield but In-Shape was my favorite because of the cleanliness, machine variety, facilities are spacious and the staff is always coordial and friendly. 10/10
