My experience is with the club in Yuba City CA. I would give less stars if possible. I changed my membership to be on hold late last year because my father was ill so I was focusing on him. Yesterday I went into the gym after trying all morning online to cancel my membership because my father passed away and I am moving to Florida. The person helping me was not helpful. Don't join this gym...I bought my mom a gift membership pending she would be able to attend the gym and was charged many fees..my mom was not able to attend and I cancelled with in 30 days and was told I had only 5 days to cancel...my mom never used one day of this gym in 2 weeks and I was charged over 300.00 dollars for 2 weeks of this membership... there is no number to reach anyone in corporate office just email which they don't always respond in a timely manner... you can provide a Drs note that states client cannot atte... read more

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would for the Inshape gym, Coffee road Bakersfield, CA. This gym has some real problems related to policies put in place that create unsafe training conditions. The pool was filthy for the longest time. To be fair Omar was very helpful and was able to fix the green pool. Marisol the gym Manager on the other hand is a real tool. After explaining some serious safety issues the gym has put in place she shows a real unwillingness and lack of concern about anything brought to her attention... read more
