Poorly managed by individuals who are incentive and don't truly care about the community and people they supposedly serve. My Mother was a long-time member and after a prolonged illness, during which time she was seldom able to use the facility, she passed away. I called to inform in shape of this and requested to cancel her membership. The individual who answered the phone was helpful, but informed me that I would have to continue paying for an additional 30 days. Clean environment, lots of avaiable equipment, nice saunas, jacuzzi, large swimming pool, and most important, an excellent staff!
Ive been going here mostly cause i need a babysitter but lately everything is broken theres only one smith machine for the whole gym and alot of running cardio machines that are mostly always empty they also removed the bras at the entrance since like February and still havent replacement looking for a new gym cause this one sucks now
