This was my second time at this salon. The first cut with John I rated a 4. This second appointment was for my daughter also with John. We rated it a 1 because after 4 firm requests to cut it shorter, he just didn’t listen. While my daughter was fine with the cut, she wanted it an inch shorter. Secondly, John handed the drying over to a young girl. She clearly was incompetent, burned my daughter’s scalp, tangled her hair, and after 45 minutes, John finally stepped in to correct the mess. Excellent results from the best hair salon in town. Had the pleasure of seeing Emma and Carm. I also had one of the best scalp massage from the new girl, I didn’t catch her name. She went deep. Will come again.
I don’t recommend Janice. After our initial conversation, her attitude was unprofessional and she barely spoke to me for the rest of the appointment. At one point, she went into the back to whisper with another staff member, which made me feel very uncomfortable. To top it off, my hair was left brassy and I was not happy with the result. I never went back and wouldn't recommend her, although the other staff seemed nice.
Emma did my hair as a junior hairstylist and she did a great job. I did a butterfly cut and she didnt cut too much off but still gave me a good amount of layers. Place was welcoming clean and would come here again
