Took my car here for new brakes and rotors, got it back with a galloping noise that was not there at drop off. Called back, dropped car off and spoke to an "Alan" who was more than a little bit rude. First was told we needed new struts, then was told our tire rod end was bad. How is all that possible when the car only needed new brakes and rotors? Worst experience we've ever had. Believe me when I say when I have validation this place screwed something up to create this noise you will be paying for it. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Told me I needed new wheel bearing. Couldn't afford them right away. When I could took it somewhere else for the work and was told my bearings were fine. Just had a bad tire. Replaced my tire been riding smooth ever since. SMH
In & Out has been my primary service facility for my 2005 Malibu, 2012 Elantra and now my 2016 Sonata. I have purchased several sets of tires for my cars as well as cars owned by my significant other. I have all my maintenance work performed there and have referred several friends as well. I have always had great service at In and Out and Trick Trucks. They are courteous and knowledgable! I take all of my vehicles there including my RV and trailer.
Prompt and courteous counter staff, competitive pricing, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics who know what is needed to get your car safely back on the road. Plus, a clean waiting area with free (!) coffee while you wait. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!
They have been kind, professional, and personable, while answering my questions about car repairs. So, it's always a learning experience.
Excellent customer service, they always have my vehicle finished same day, very reasonable prices!
