The staff are all friendly & courteous. They are also very honest and safety oriented. They took the time to look at what I wanted done on my vehicle & although their shop was not equipped to do it, they told me about a shop that could. That is awesome customer service & I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service completed tire change in timely fashion. No BS just in and out.
I have taken my cars here in the past. Bill and his Staff are great! I highly recommend the service! Sadly, I had to change to a closer place due to my schedule.
I'm a recent transplant to Delaware with 90,000 miles on my car which MUST pass inspection. Money is ridiculously tight and I told Alan that I can only afford repairs that are absolutely necessary. They gave me a comprehensive breakdown, told me what had to be done and what could wait. The work was done in one night and it runs like a dream! They even brought it in under the estimate. I'll be back for the rest of the list soon!

In and out is a great shop to depend on whether it's a quick tire repair or full diagnostic and fix. They are great on both ends of customer service and vehicle service, very respectful employees and owners. Highly recommend.
This is the best small auto business I have ever worked for. The capable technicians are accurate with their diagnosis and good at getting things done right. Bill is an involved and responsible owner that supports his people so you know he'll stand by his work. It's like family here.
