I was traveling, on my way home to Ohio. Keith is the best. I had tire issues, Keith and his crew made it possible for me to make it to Clarksburg where I was able to get a new tire.I highly recommend, in and out tires, there is no better customer service. Marti chapman
UPDATE: IN & OUT has been very nice in trying to reach out to my father (whom refused to call and talk to them but says he's going to talk to them next time he's there) but I have learned new info since leaving my review and it was NOT in and outs fault. What I did not know was that he did not go back to get them torqued (why they dont do that from the get go idk but thats not the point) when he was supposed to. My dad got new tires and had them put on here about a week ago. It started making awful noises not long after. Come to find out today whoever put them on did not tighten the lug nuts properly. One of his wheels was about to fall off because mulitiple lug nuts had loosened with several ready to fall off and the rest finger loose. If that wheel had come off while driving it could've killed or injured him or someone else. I have entirely lost trust and respect for this place. Fixed an issue with my car in 10 minutes
Have been recommending this place to everyone here in Buckhannon and in Weston. I thought they only did tires but they do much more than that. I’ve been there twice for my Explorer and the professionalism is a welcome change. Especially as a woman, I am usually intimidated whenever I go to car shops where there is a lot of testosterone flying about (with cussing to go along) but I felt very comfortable and respected here.
