The man that came over, claiming he was the owner, to clear a sewer line cut an abs sewer line instead of taking it apart and used our power to do it (he popped a breaker) sawed our sewer line in half and then taped it! Not only is that illegal but the pipe broke spilling sewage all over! Our property maintenance had to fix it, just not cleaning the sewage because this should have been your owners responsibility to do it right by using a coupler and doing something that is illegal!
