Not a good experience lots of customers returning with complaints was supposed to be just a pickup from service and had to 4 hours to pick up my vehicle
Completely inaccessible to disabled people. Direct ADA violations all around Employees tell my disabled partner in his wheelchair, that sorry.. this building was built before 1940. I expect them to reach Ada guidelines, as it's their obligation. They have a protrusive lip of concrete around the entire building making wheelchair access barred. The restrooms are too small.. And they were very dismissive when this was brought to their attention.
I had a bad experience here twice and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but these crooks absolutely stole $430 from a family member that absolutely can’t afford that … my experience was first I went there to get my a/c charged it took them about 15 minutes and I thought maybe they had some kind of super fast a/c vacuum system but that wasn’t the case … I wound up buying the equipment and doing it right myself..
