I highly recommend this service and particularly staff member Conan. He was knowledgeable, honest and provided a quick service. I have used this service twice and each time I came away with my issues resolved. He gives reasonable prices on replacement devices and products. Another plus is you are able to have a coffee or shop while you wait.
These guys TRULY know their stuff! I have now visited several times for different devices/issues and every time they have been patient, knowledgable, efficient and cometitively priced. Suryan is your representative the Cole complex at West Gosford. NSW. He has been assisting my husband and I with our Iphones. We are seniors and Suryan could not have treated us more respectfully, despite our lack of knowledge. He is extremely good at his position and is very, very knowledgeable. Suryans, oh what I can tell you about him.. he is the complete package. If you have any tech-related issues with phones, tablets or computers, he will get you sorted easily and quickly. Fair pricing, good variety for cases and accessories and top-notch warranty for his repairs and accessories.
Excellent service from Suryans every time I have any issues related with my laptop or phones. He gets it sorted in a fair price and is quick about it. Easy to get here as there is convenient parking!
