Always a great experience with In N Out Electrical Services! They are kind, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They have accommodated me when I've needed emergency service and last minute service requests. They made sure my new ceiling fan install was perfect, they ensured there was smooth operation of the fan and no clicking noise. I use this company for all my electrical needs! 10/10 recommend!
We had to change out a car charger and they did it absolutely perfect. They also fixed a panel issue from another company's pervious job They hit the time frame a great communication.
What a WASTE of my time. My time is very valuable! 1) Their website had the wrong number when I pressed on the link and had to manually input it 2) I scheduled in advance on Monday for Wednesday and sent all my information via text and he did not confirm. 3) Day Of, I text him/company to confirm. Then they text they'll be late and added a $185 charge for fee which was never discussed with Ben who picked up the phone on a voice call. 4) Other companies charge $85 or $95 and some Free of charge for an onsite visit. We hired In-N-Out Electrical for multiple projects in the home we recently purchased, ranging from installing light fixtures to running a dedicated power line to an outdoor pergola. They paid attention to fine details on all projects, whether large or small. Work was consistently excellent and Ben, the owner was easy to communicate with and prompt in scheduling our work. Electricians Anthony and Henry were very pleasant, professional, and incredibly focused on their work. Highly recommend this vendor!
Ben did a great job, fast, and at a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, and he went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.
