I love In‑N‑Out, but honestly it’s become one of those places I only go to when I’m mentally prepared to sit in a drive‑thru line that wraps around the block. The burgers are still great super fresh, never greasy and the price is almost unbelievable for California. But the fries… yeah, they’re still the same weird, pale, cardboard‑adjacent fries unless you ask for them well‑done. Absolutely delicious food! Fast and fresh. Great customer service. Clean and friendly environment. The bathrooms were very clean. It was a little crowded but it was worth the wait and the employees gave great service They kept making rounds making sure everything was clean and they even picked up trays from people. Really great restaurant definitely recommend visiting this one here in Upland.
