Okay.. so we have lived here 6 years . I loved eating here... but then tonight when I got my burger , they were barley busy.. we waited 30 mins for our food.. and it wasn’t hot at all.. or was it cooked... my burger was still raw in the inside... it only takes that one time to ruin it for you... I’m sorry In-N-Out but , whoever was working tonight ruined it for me.. also this is the one off of 69 in Prescott az ...
Only critique would be more seating. Great food. Great customer service. Great experience!

I'm from rural GA and this was my 1st time eating at In-N-Out Burger. The service and cleanliness were both good. The food was just what I was expecting: Great.
We live in Colorado, went to flagstaff for a family reunion and decided it was totally worth the 1.5 hour drive EACHWAY for In-N-Out. We are patiently waiting for our In-N-Out to open in Colorado, but it will be a while till they get a facility built then the restaurant.
We need one in Albuquerque!

���������� 10 Gold stars My family had a hot meal tonight because of In-N-Out. So kind, friendly. I was having awful week. Lost my keys, my families hole dinner fell on the ground to top it off in 110 degrees outside , i don't get paid till tomorrow. They replaced my families hole dinner. Had me crying like a big baby.
