It doesn't matter which one I'm in there always kind, courteous, and clean, oh and great protein animal style BURGERS!
The burgers are amazing but the fries have such a cardboard texture that you can t taste the potato .
The burger was great, as usual. The fries were hard and not hot. I actually called the customer service line to ask if the recipe had changed or something. They said no and were duly concerened. That said, it was a very average experience.
Burger was tasty. Fries were cold. Had them "animal style" with the sauce on top. Sauce was good but with the fries cold it was disappointing. There were a couple of other customers at the counter with problems with order accuracy thus I didn't raise the issue with the manager.
I had to return the burger and have them make me another. I ordered it with no onions and the Patty's were covered in grilled onion residue. Normally the patty is just kissed by the grilled onions, today it was like they were put on the patty them taken off. They remade it, no problem. Never a bad experience at any location except for the Grilled Onion contamination. When I do get onion flavor at other locations it's always the last bite (so it's unfair to complain). Great team, clean, quick service. Food tasted wonderful, as usual.
"Animal Style" always but be prepared for it to drip... So darn good!!!
