A few weeks ago I visited In Motion Mobility for maintenance on our van .. I took my son my disable son with me ..we had the best experience! The kindness shown was absolutely refreshing! Brian along with the team was so knowledgeable about my vehicle, took care of all my concerns ! It was our wow moment! For me this was one of the most important purchase. due to affect that my daughter is nonmobile. It was very important for me to purchase a vehicle that’s going to last for a good while. Just finished up with the In Motion team and had a great experience. I dealt predominantly with Edwin and he was very understanding with my situation. Apparently my SUV had a rare sensor problem and Edwin was very reasonable when it came to pricing and trying to figure out the solution. Many individuals in this population are usually on disability and have a fixed income so it was a great relief when Edwin was fair in the estimate and pricing.
