I called them to change my cleaning day so they could take my tash to the curb on trash day!! They never called back to change my day. I had to use my walker when taking my bin to the curb!!!Not very concerned at all. Well Christina came out and was a big help to me. She is a wondeful person. Said next time call her and she will take care of it. Thanks Christina!!
I can't say enough great things about In Home Solutions! I've had 2 previous home care agencies that were less than satisfactory to care for my husband who has both vascular dementia and Alzheimers. We were fortunate to be matched with Danielle, a lovely lady who has become like family. In Home Solutions is managed very well.
