Had to do business with the people in the lower office here which went very well, except the one young woman who worked there had a chip on her shoulder. Like I said have a good day to everyone as I was leaving, she said under her breathe "in your dreams". I think she may need help, counseling maybe. I know I've been cynical of life and how a day will go but wow, that just takes the cake right there! And this was well before the virus so it wasn't due to that.
When my Father was ill, Heartland hospice came in & they were AMAZING!!! They were just a phone call away & when my Father was ready to go home, the nurse Leslie was GREAT. She stayed hours with my family until my Father was called home. I will NEVER forget her compassion she had for me & my family.
Thank you all at Heartland for all you have done for my mom and and also now for continuing to keep in touch with your sincere understanding of my loss. The nurse, aides, and all involved are always in my thoughts, and I really mean it.
