Absolutely fantastic experience. My Dad's laptop had more issues than I can count. Viruses, corrupted files, missing task bar, the works. Rob from In Home Computer Repair Inc, came in, asked a lot of great questions with a great deal of patience. Worked on the computer. When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed in a simple manner, he picked up the laptop at the end of the day, and brought it back the next morning completely reinstalled, with the programs reinstalled. Rob basically saved my job by coming out quickly when my laptop hard drive died when I was only three weeks into my new remote job. He salvaged the data from my old hard drive, transferred it to my new laptop and got me set up on the new laptop. Very efficient, very responsive, great customer service. You can’t go wrong with Rob!
Rob came to my home and was very prompt on his arrival. It was evident immediately that he has had numerous years of experience with computers not to mention demeanor and customer service. He was here less than one hour and cleaned up my computer and now it’s running much better. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone needing computer assistance.
They should have told me they couldn't repair laptop screens when I called about the problem that my screen has issues m the keys still light up but not the screen due to wires coming from inside to out. Guy showed up , took 1 look and said I can't repair that and had no solutions for me . I should have tekn it somewhere they can repair laptop screens . This service is a scam but I signed the paper work so I'm sure they disagree .
