Able to fix my computer remotely when needed. Available and great service.
ANP is the best. I have used them for years. Prices are great and they are always there when we need them.
Called for a basic hardware issue. Jorge misdiagnosed it as a virus issue and ran a standard virus protection. The hardware issue (signified by the message "hardware error") reappeared less than an hour later. I called all of their numbers to have them solve the problem per their "guarantee." Jorge has yet to call back and when you dial their local or national number you are forwarded to an answering service thus shielding Jorge from actually being accountable. Stay away.
