Originally I had given this place 5 stars and an outstanding review, a few years ago, but I feel the need to edit it now. We recently ordered some festive flowers in December and were not as pleased with the product. Coincidentally, we ordered one bouquet from In Full Bloom and another from 1800Flowers. The flowers from 1800Flowers were bigger, cheaper in cost and more pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, we probably won’t be ordering much from In Full Bloom anymore.
I ordered flowers for my mom for Thanksgiving. It was a $200 arrangement. Two days later I got a phone call saying “we have to cancel your order.” I asked why and was told the manager would call me back. I got a phone call a couple of hours later (not the manager) saying they “don’t have the flowers to fulfill the order.” I’ve been buying flower arrangements from this florist for 10+ years, and never once has an order been cancelled.
