I would avoid InFocus Optometry based on my experience. I went in to pick up my new glasses, but they were so loose that they would slide off whenever I looked down. They tried adjusting them three separate times, but the glasses were still not fitting properly. Instead of continuing to work on the fit, I was told that the problem was the shape of my ears. Just ended a call with Helen who claims to be the office manager and I have never met such an adversarial unprofessional. I had questions about lenses and frames and she was very short about frame questions, I told her I would come by and see the inventory and she said I must have an appointment, NO walk-ins allowed. She wanted to run my insurance even though I assured her payment was not a concern. I guess they are used to dealing with people that can’t pay so she treats potential patients poorly.
Dr. Dear is great! He’s very thorough and detailed in his diagnosis which I greatly appreciate! The staff is also very friendly and helpful!
Outstanding Optometry Doctors. I have been going for my eye exam to this office for a long time. Both Dr. Dear and recently, I had my exam with Dr. Salbat (if I remember correctly the name). They have excellent knowledge, treat patients friendly and have an outstanding attention to detail. Thanks!
