Just ended a call with Helen who claims to be the office manager and I have never met such an adversarial unprofessional. I had questions about lenses and frames and she was very short about frame questions, I told her I would come by and see the inventory and she said I must have an appointment, NO walk-ins allowed. She wanted to run my insurance even though I assured her payment was not a concern. I guess they are used to dealing with people that can’t pay so she treats potential patients poorly.
Dr. Dear is great! He’s very thorough and detailed in his diagnosis which I greatly appreciate! The staff is also very friendly and helpful!
Outstanding Optometry Doctors. I have been going for my eye exam to this office for a long time. Both Dr. Dear and recently, I had my exam with Dr. Salbat (if I remember correctly the name). They have excellent knowledge, treat patients friendly and have an outstanding attention to detail. Thanks!

Me and my husband visited for our annual eye exam InFocus Optometry and were so pleased with our experience! Dr. Dear was so kind, warm, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with our annual eye exam and gave us so much insight on our eye issues.
