Scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dr. Brown multiple weeks ahead of the planned date. Come the day of the appointment, his status is set to "Away" and I can only reach the voicemail at the main office. I will not be using this company any more because I need a reliable provider and this is absurd.
My first appointment was quite possible the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mental health professional. He did not listen to a word I said, he asked if I had any questions at the end and when I started a question he cut me off. He was incredibly rude, did not listen and made me feel like I was beneath him.
Avoid like your life depends on it. Just trust me
Richard called the police on me and tried to get me charged with harassment because I had to call his office so many times because he would not respond for weeks. Richard is a shady Zoom doctor with horrible credentials. He does not care for his patients but only charging billing codes and cashing checks. Expect Dr. Brown to discharge you as soon as you start to show symptoms and he has to deal with it. And then for him to never to return your calls or messages instead just shoving a legal document in your face to protect himself. Extremely overpriced for the type of care and quality Dr. Brown can provide. Dr. Brown charges $160/10 minute appointments which feel very brief and rushed.
