I recently left a 1* review about a delivery from In Bloom. My twin sister had just passed and a friend from Kentucky ordered from them. The manager said "it's hit and miss with the lilies, and sorry I didn't like the arrangement" and I had no recourse. Also said " I do not understand that some styles do not fit everyone's likes" A day later, after my review Erin called me from the Orlando location to get a better understanding of the problem.
