Great group of guys.
The guys working assume the customer know nothing. One of the line worker tells me German cars require German oil and that would be expensive. I mean idk what they think.
Absolutely unprofessional not all of the team members were this way, but Miguel was the worst and could really benefit from a lengthy customer service course. I went in for a routine oil change and coolant check and left not realizing he never actually checked and replenished any of the fluids in my car and charged me $130.00. Do not go to this place steer clear untrained and Miguel had the worst attitude.
