I have written a couple of reviews to the better Business bureau in regards to this company. I had a dining room floor installed in 2022, the Day of service was unbelievable because they had the wrong floor with them, left my home two times because the first time it was the wrong floor the second time they didn't have enough flooring!When I signed the contract I specifically told the gentleman in regards to my marble table, because it was over 6 ft long it would take extra installers to move the table. I had vinyl floors installed 6 months ago? May 2023. The job was done perfectly by the young men In and Out hired. I got many, many compliments -- Also another one onJan 16, ****!
Set up appointment 2 1/2 months beforehand. Cleared out the areas to be restained. Work was never done. No one ever contacted us. Do not use them. Horrible ****************
Hired to do a refinishing job. I contacted the company 1 day after floors were completed in regards to touch *** needed. I was questioned, why I didn't see this right away, before the crew left. Which was impossible as I could not walk on floors for rest of evening. Several spots were not sanded properly, buff like wheel marks all over, the hallway is absolutely tore up looking, especially when natural light hits it. The work wasn't started in a timely manner as promised, the quality of workmanship was very poor, and ultimately the job was never completed. Both contractors sent to us by In and Out Floors acted as if they were in a hurry to complete our job, probably because Thanksgiving Day was only days away. Regardless, in the process of sanding our floors they broke several pieces of trim molding trying to remove them, they marked up our walls with their sanding equipment, and left unfinished or over sanded areas on the floor surfaces... read more

I've had the worst experience with this company. A representative came to my home on 06/06/22 well he did his sale pitch to my husband and I. after an hour of this we liked what we heard but was a bit iffy. now here comes the pricing part $7k for a front room, dining room and small kitchen. I told my husband that we can go with the same company that completed our flooring with good service products and to complete it with the same type of flooring instead of changing it. the in & out flooring had the audacity to leave a mess... read more
If your looking for flooring I can personally say DO NOT USE IN AND OUT FLOORING !!!3 days of discussing a plan, 3 weeks of waiting for floors to be installed, and when the installers come out they want to cancel the deal because they cant figure out how there going to lay the flooring because there are too many spindals!!! I have 3 rooms boxed up and emptied out and was told told nothing but lies and empty promises! Wasted my time and left me high and dry. I would really rate this company as zero I would never refer this company to anyone. Extremely unprofessional starting at the owner ***** the way he spoke to my sister was uncalled for. I would rate them 0 stars if possible. This place is definitely not worth spending your money with. We had viny plank flooring put down with this company. They came took measurements and gave me an estimate. Once they returned to install I was informed that they wouldnt be able to do the stairthat I was promised they could do They then told me there would be an up charge ($75) per room because they need to move the furniture which was supposed to be included in the estimated price.
