I requested an estimate from these guys, the guy came out took the estimate before he walks out the door. He says I forgot to ask you to sign this. My ringdoorbell catches him three days later someone comes knocking at my door stating that I need I was going to get my floors done. I told him I was no longer interested, and then the company reaches out to me and tells me that I signed the contract whichI didn’t know that’s what I was signing. Luxury vinyl flooring installed that started falling apart immediately. They came back twice to repair it but unfortunately Im still left with broken stair noses/ edging, sloppy finishes, bubbles planks dont even seemed to be glued. The owner cussed at me and told me he had the paperwork written so he and his company is safe/ ironclad can do what he wants. I requested my paperwork 3x and still never received a copy. Left two stars because the bedroom floor is still intact but Im waiting for it all to fall apart.

On July 11th, a sales representative never said I was signing a contract. Asked me to "sign here" but did not state it was a contract nor that there was a rescission period. I have a camera in my home that shows and hears me stating that I was not pulling the trigger on anything until I talk with my wife and when I get my other quotes. I never provided a card, but he asked if I agreed to the pricing which I did - it was a good price for the first one. Very dissatisfied with the salesman **** for not honoring his verbal price compared to contract price . I canceled the installation of carpet , but I went ahead on bathroom floor , but install price was not the same either , I payed only what was quoted to me . I signed what I was told was for the deposit I gave **** but to find out it was a contract. Contract not shown until installers showed up

We had a problem we with in and out floors. It was solved by **** the sales manager. ***** and *** were terrible to deal with. Our floors are beautiful but we do o think we deserve money back for all the aggravation. If dealing with this company I would suggest you deal with **** the sales manager. Our floors do look beautiful and the installers did s great job.***** and how need to learn how to talk to people and if you are wrong you need to acknowledge that to your customer. I am rating this company 1 star because there is not an option to select 0 stars. My wife and I contacted In and Out Floors to do majority of our floors on the upper portion of our condo. We decided to start with just the laundry room because it was a smallest room and we wanted to make sure we liked the color we both selected. One of our major concerns was that we had to demo ceramic tile. After multiple consultations, we were told that we must demo the ceramic tile because it would not be right if we didn't. Incredibly poor-quality company. Save yourself time and misery and choose another flooring contractor or learn more about the project and do it yourself. Not only was our vinyl flooring project itself low quality, but they will not bear any responsibility for the state of your home during the project. Be sure to read all of the contract before signing, and DO NOT take any verbal commitments from them as true.
