Would give zero stars if I could. Stripped the drain plug while changing the oil, had the car all day but didn’t start until the time I said I was going to pick it up so I had to wait for it, and left the windows greasy.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought in my car to have the front passenger seat and carpet cleaned. I was charged $120 for this single seat to be cleaned, but the job was done so badly that it didn’t look like it had been serviced at all. My seat was soaking wet and took days to dry. One of the worst experiences anyone can have. Car was still left with smudges on the body and windows and my seats were soaking wet when I revived the car. They promised to clean my carpets but when I got the text that they were ready, they were still filled with hair and dirt. Recently I saw scratches left all over my hood that were not there before the job and when I went to go talk to the people standing outside, they were no help saying they did not do it and tried to blame it on animal claws. my car had not been detailed in several years. I brought it here and they made it look almost brand new! The attention to detail and quality was amazing. This is a great place to bring your car for a revival. All the carpets and seats were washed, this was one of the most in depth detailing I have ever experienced.
