Steve came and repaired the kitchen sink the afternoon it was reported. The issue has been resolved.
Our move into IMT property was smooth and successful. They listened to our maintenance needs and timelines, and we are so grateful to be in our new apartment! The folks in the office are kind and responsive too.
Thank you IMT management team Samantha and Amanda for taking care of the situation right away I was dealing with . They sent me David C. to repair the things in the bathroom. He did an excellent job. They were very fast sending me the help. I appreciate them so much.
This place is in a great location and everyone that lives here is very friendly! I recently had a work order to fix our unit's patio screen door which had come off its rails. George from the maintenance team promptly came and fixed it. He had also noticed the door lock was not working properly and fixed that as well, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here!
Angel was a literal angel and got my AC running better than ever after it went out during the middle of summer. The sweetest and nicest.
