My husband and I lived here for 4 years, unfortunately we had to relocate for work or we would have stayed longer. Its a wonderful place to live, chill atmosphere. Nice and quiet with friendly residents, extremely helpful management and office staff. The grounds are very well taken care of by the awesome maintenance crew. Make sure you check the unit has hot water before you rent here. There was no hot water when we rented and we had to cancel the lease in 2 days and pay for the movers again. Edit to reply to your comment: The hot water must be of a minimum temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit in the state of Texas. Irrespective of what you claim to have confirmed, the water wasn’t even lukewarm. But if lying is your idea of making sure the residents are comfortable, I guess people wouldn’t be liking my comment.
