We moved in a month back to this amazing facility with all the amenitis: pool, fitness center , and a functional dog wash station. The complex is in a very quiet neighborhood with a park and waterbody near by that is perfect for kids and pets. Walter, the leasing agent has been very welcoming and helpful in assiting with the paperwork, answering all the queries and resolving any issues. Looking forward to enjoying our stay here.
Walter is a very helpful leasing agent who helped me get settled in. Additionally, the amenities here are nice, and I've had next to no issues living here with any minor issues being addressed immediately. It's a nice place to live with a convenient location.
Becareful everyone. I recently just had somebody break into my car overnight through my window. There's security on the property, but I only see it once in the and the it's never seen again. I'm hearing many experiences that have been going on. Im really starting to feel unsafe in this complex.
I like DK Riata a lot. The complex in general and the apartments are nicely designed--the kitchen and bathroom are roomy, but the living room is still open and welcoming. And I love my little fenced patio. Convenient location just off Parmer Lane. Very handsome complex. Occasionally it gets noisy, but that never lasts long. Walter is on-site and you'll find him welcoming and incredibly patient. Also, kudos to the responsive maintenance team. I hope to stay here a long time.
