Everything is broken here — heating, water, air conditioning, and on top of that, the apartments are infested with cockroaches. Management completely ignores all complaints. Terrible place.
Terrible apartments. Cockroaches are crawling everywhere, complete unsanitary conditions. Management completely ignores complaints and does nothing to address the issues. Do not recommend moving here unless you want to live in squalor.
Very bad apartment complex. Everything is old and run-down, and there are constant problems with cockroaches and ants. The management is also terrible. It honestly feels like they are manipulating or boosting the reviews instead of actually addressing residents’ concerns. I would not recommend living here.
About me: I lived in a 1 bedroom first floor for a little over a year. Just moved out a week ago and posting this just as I get my deposit back. Safety: Never felt unsafe here even at night. It is gated. Only minor complaint is sometimes the gates are just randomly open so anyone can drive through. Thankfully, the area is relatively good and never had any issues with package theft or break-ins. Amenities: Can't comment on pool or BBQ area as I didn't use. This is a fantastic property! The grounds are kept nice and clean. The gym has many options; you do not need a gym membership to somewhere else while living here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You don’t have to ask many questions during the tour because you’re given information upfront! Love the customer service for sure. 10/10
