Recently went on a tour of this community and found it to be incredibly nice. It has a great quaint feeling about it and is in a great location. Amanda gave me the tour and she was very knowledgeable about the property and the local area, which has much to do.

IMT Moorpark is one of the cutest buildings I have ever seen. It is in a great location and the floor plan felt very inviting and home-like. I ended up leasing at a different IMT community, but I did in fact find this apartment building incredibly charming.

I took a tour of this apartment with Amanda and had such a good experience! Such a cute building! Definitely one of my top contenders in this area for apartments!

I LOVE the team at IMT! Every time I need something repaired or have a question, their HQ team responds quickly and professionally. They're always willing to work with me and have positive, upbeat personalities. My dog even loves them - she cries when she hears Jose sweeping the stairs every week, and rushes out to greet him! :) PS. The 1 star review on here isn't accurate - there are zero children who live in this property. She is mistaken.

Building not maintained, unsafe conditions abound Multiple unsupervised children playing, screaming in common areas, as if it's a rec center and not residential building. It's ¼ mile mile from my work so I stay. 🤷‍♀️No peace here.
