IMT CrossFit feels like exactly the fresh start and environment I needed. The coaching is intentional, the programming is solid, and the community is motivating. I’ve felt welcomed, challenged, and inspired since I entered. There’s something special about being in a space that genuinely pushes you to level up mentally and physically. So happy I made the move and the right choice.
Great gym. Everyone is so supportive and the coaches really know what they are doing
Great place. Very organized and clean. Friendly staff and aproachable owners. The WODs are challenging and enjoyable at the same time. Coaches are very friendly and cautious with the movements.
Very family oriented and detailed. Helped me massively continue my fitness journey thanks to all the coaches and staff would recommend anyday.
