Great and Fun Tour! I did a tour with Laura, and I had a great time. She was very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. She was very fun to talk and made me feel very welcome.
Great maintenance and responsive staff I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have never had to wait more than two days for maintenance request solved. Staff here is super responsive extremely on it. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences and a lot of different complexes. A living here was definitely a major relief from that. I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking in Glendale area.
Great Community and Service I’m glad to find IMT Cherry Creek while looking to a new place to call home. The apartment has great amenities and is very close to several top dining and shopping options . I fell in love with the facility and community immediately - they have tons to offer from pools, gyms, secured lock boxes to valet trash service. Colin helped me find the right apartment and explained the process carefully.
