Mice, carpenter ants and disrespectful staff This is the worst place I've lived. I moved in and the first night I heard mice in the walls. I informed them all they did was set traps, a bandaid on the problem in stead of a solution, I had mice by my washer, living in my oven/stove unit, and my shoes. I also had carpenter ants. All the maintenance did was spray raid everyday, again not solving the problem another bandaid. They came back again in the spring before I moved out. The staff attempts to address any issue that is brought to our attention as quickly as possible, including pest control issues. We have a pest control company that we work with and they check in with us on a weekly basis to address any pest control issues. This apartment building is absolutely horrific. This is a terrible place to live. It is mismanaged at every turn. Last night was the straw that broke the camels back. I was unable to even get to into my own apartment and had to stand outside in the dark for an hour because of what management called "a glitch in the fab system." Obviously this is a very upsetting situation which management tried to marginalize by saying, "this affected several other residents too." That is simply unacceptable.
