Great staff Ryan gave a great tour and made sure I was taken care of. Even though they didn’t have an apartment that fit my needs, she helped me look at other IMT’s in the area that did.
Would steer cleer at all costs. Worst property management team in history. Overpriced. Drug use in hallways. Flagrance for the law and tenant rights.
Over priced, smells of pot, not transparent, overall run down I signed my lease early July 24, at that time the hot tub was being resurfaced and fixed. NOPE when I moved in Aug 10th they said they were filling it with dirt and it would not reopen. The pool was closed 50% of the time I lived there, people smoke pot inside, the hallways reak all the time and the apartments are dumpy and dirty. Greedy Company I have lived in a lot of corporate owned apartment complexes and have realistic expectations about how friendly they are to their tenants pocketbooks. IMT is by far the greediest landlord I have ever rented from. Maintenance is deferred until things have been broken for months. They require a 2x monthly rent lease break fee and 60 days notice. Do not live here The amenities are always out. The hot tub is functional maybe 7 months out of the year. The elevators are constantly breaking. I live on the 4th floor and the closest elevator to me has been broken for 6 months. They sent out emails saying they were trying to fix it and then didn't communicate with the residents for months about the broken elevator. The only other elevator in the building stopped working a week ago and it still isn't operational. Live anywhere else. The management here doesn't care about the... read more
Terrible Experience Absolute WORST experience I've ever had with a rental property. No security whatsoever and management doesn't care. Neighbors in my building have had multiple break-ins and I've personally been on the receiving end of numerous crimes: -Had my car towed from a spot that I pay for every month. Attentive staff I haven't had too many maintenance issues in the three years I've lived here but when I've needed something done the maintenance staff has taken care of things quickly and with great attention to detail. I've had the pleasure of working with both Stephen and Kyle and both have gone above and beyond. I don't have experience with the other engineer but always seems like he's busy working on something.
