The surgeon is a 5 star veteran professional. However, the staff including every position without exception can only be rated as less than zero. After being called on the carpet for a clerical error, they banded together like a pack of wolves and did everything they could to sabotage the work leading up to my surgery. They caused immense stress over a period of weeks. I was turned away with my spanish speaking, mother of 62 yrs who had an appointment because we got to the appointment at the time it was scheduled. Makes no sense! THE APPOITMENT WAS AT 11:20 WALKED IN THE OFFICE AT 11:18 AND I WAS STANDING INFRONT OF THE LADY AT 11:20. NOT TO MENTION I WAS DOWN STAIRS AT 11:00 CALLING THEM TO GET THE ADDRESS WHICH NO ONE PROVIDED ME WITH! EVEN LEFT THEM A VOICE MAIL AT 11:05 TELLING THEM I COULDNT FIND THEIR LOCATION.
