Went to get a prescription but he sent me to get some blood work done. I completed the bloodwork, but never heard from the Dr again. Then I tried to get the lab results forwarded to a different doctor. I called numerous times over several weeks with different issues every time and never got the results. 2 months later I have to start the whole process over. What a waste of time.
Dr. Winter is awesome! He listened to my concerns and did a fantastic job with my surgery. He checked up on me in a timely manner after my procedure and made sure all my questions were answered to my satifaction. I am awaiting my second knee replacement and highly recommend him as a very capable surgeon and kind person. His surgery scheduler was able to get my surgery performed in a time frame that was suitable for my personal needs and the office staff are always polite well versed amd organized. This office is top notch!!
Just save yourself the problems from the front desk and don't go here....... I have been going there for a few years I was told I wasn't being seen it was canceled and this is for my arm surgery s then to reschedule me for 2 months later with a torn arm.... because of their mistake!!!!!! and now a call this morning to say they won't see me because I missed the appointment day after they confirmed my appointment they are a huge joke go back to secretary school...!!!
Very disorganized and unprofessional On monday morning I called the office to pay the $25 fee for them to fill out my FMLA for work. The first time I called I spoke to a lady breifly and then she hung up on me. I called 8 more times was on wait the 15 min to get to the number one spot and got redirected to the main menu all 8 times, like they were doing it on purpose instead of explaining to me what was going on.
