Tried to call, used the number listed and I get the message “your call cannot be completed as dialed”. Help!
I am absolutely repulsed the unprofessionalism of the front desk. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I absolutely would. After trying to contact them all day (I called about 18 times in the span of 8 hours) because of a scheduling error email I had received, I decided to just go into the office and speak to them about my scheduling problem. The back office were great, but have had several issues with the front. Because of this, I switched. Sucks because I liked the provider.. I just couldn’t deal with the front’s unprofessionalism and monthly records misplacements.
Dr. Potter, Nurse Ruthie, PA Jessica and all the staff are just wonderful. All of them were very patient with me on my new journey of weight loss and bariatric surgery. So very blessed to have such a wonderful team of individuals guiding me. Thanks to all of you!
