IMS Exteriors highly recommend. I had some really bad hail damage and total my roof. Had several companies come out that were pushy. IMS came through my neighborhood. Hunter was awesome inspected the roof and got everything scheduled ready to go for a full roof replacement. Jesse is great he came by several times while the roofers were working on the roof and checked on things. Beware of this company. They are extremely unprofessional and do not honor their word. I called and spoke to Justin about a roof replacement. He assured me he would schedule someone to come out and provide a quote. After no one showed up, I called again and found it nearly impossible to reach anyone. Almost three weeks later, they finally got someone to provide a quote.
