I have this insurance through my work and was given an outline of benefits. Since having IMS, I've had a surgery, sleep study, and an ER visit on the medical side. For the ER visit and surgery, the two facilities have contacted IMS, and given me what I still owe, so I can set up a payment plan. Both times, several months will pass, and I'll either be paying off the expense or have the expense paid off.
