Over all visit experience was very satisfactory. Dr. Malik listened and addressed all of my concerns. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist me with all my needs.
Great staff
Dr Malik is a great doctor. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my issues. The staff is amazing and answered the phone when I called and when I was put on hold I did have to wait about 3 minutes they apologized and addressed my concern in a timely matter.. My prescriptions are always called in on time and I never have an issue getting a referral. I have been going here for over a year and I will continue to come and send my family.
I moved from n.y to Florida I had an appointment this week I was referred by a patient who lived in Dr malik's development, I called explained. I was on medications 2 non narcotics and 2 narcotics I have a ssdi case in affect I was told to bring my bottles of meds to my appointment I did..the nurse parctionor took it apone her self to cut my meds in half when I asked why she then did not give me my medication even though I paid 125 out of pocket staff is horrible rude Dr should call let's see
STAFF IS TERRIBLE......WAS LIKE A CIRCUS......HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON.....Dr. Malik may be the best doctor around, but his staff sucks......I'll never go back.....Really BAD experience....They never called in my medication to the Walgreens they told me.....What a waste of a day for me.... Bet they don't even call to check on me or try to get me back as a patient.
Have seen this Doctor for 11 months I always have to call to see if referrals are done. I have to find my own specialist since staff never has the time. Office always changing personnel. Had test done got result from Dr. I asked to see a different type of specialist than the one he wanted me to see and because of that he told his secretary for me to find another primary care physician. Very unprofessional and terrible bed side manner.
Terrible experience. The staff there is absolutely incompetent. It appears that they replaced their last staff, but their new staff is even worse. My wife and I are diabetics who were his patients. We and the staff o four pharmacy asked (begged) the staff there for over (7) weeks to contact our insurance company It never happened. We left several messages asking our doctor to call us so we could discuss the issue. He never returned our calls. We finally found another Doctor who is wonderful.
