Please don't go here. My eyes are severely damaged after getting permanent eyeliner done at impulsive beauty. I've been to multiple eye doctors and have tried many interventions to help heal the damage that was done - with countless bills and continued pain/dryness in my eyes 3 months after the tattoos were done. To top it off, my eyeliner is thick/uneven and doesn’t even look good. A terrible experience in every way.
