The vibe in this place is phenomenal. The artists are just as amazing. Last week I received a beautiful floral tattoo from Brooke Lozano and I am so in love with it. My experience in the shop has been my best tattoo experience so far. They really value their customers.
Jessie did amazing once again! She was flexible with my ideas for the tattoo, and put in her own points and adjustments to make the quality second to none. Absolutely could not be happier! She also added lettering to a previous tattoo she had done for me last year. I gave her creative control to mess with not only the new design but the font and style of lettering! My friend and I went for a Halloween piercing special, and we had never been to Impulse before. The atmosphere was professional, but still really inviting and comfortable. The piercer, Brooke, was SO lovely! She told us the wait would be a little bit because she wanted to steam clean the jewelry for us, and make sure it was perfect and sterile. My daughter got a tattoo were the green color literally bleed out of the border of the tattoo. Went back to show it to the artist, she said there was nothing she could do. REALLY. She should have added something to cover it up. Never again. We're done there.
Had an amazing experience!!! I got an email back right away and Mercedes was so nice while tattooing me! She was super quick and her line work is spectacular!!!! Definitely going there for any future tattoos!
