In reporting a dangerous Impulse Ambulance driver who ran a 4 way stop sign at 30 mph on 5-11-16 at 10 am in Granada Hills, called to let the manager/ Supervisor know and magically he is "in a meeting and will be out in an hour" so I call back to make sure the reckless driver actually gets feedback on the idea of safe driving ( no his lights were not on) and AGAIN the manager/Supervisor is not available. Had to be transported from St Joseph Providence Hospital, Burbank, CA to Van Nuys, I was told that pickup would be 6 PM. I was surprised they landed at the room door at 6 PM. Given all the things that could interfere with their arrival, I was thoroughly impressed they timed it to a tee!.
