The lady that helped me had no idea what she was doing. Called the manager several times.First she tells me I get a refund of $4000, then that I have to pay back but can’t give me an exact amount. Seriously??? Doesn’t ask me any questions about possible credits, tells me my address doesn’t exist in her system. Wow!
