My wife and I have been doing couples counseling with Kneale and he is great. He has helped us come up with great game plans to help navigate different issues. We attend virtual counseling and it fits right in with our schedules. I would highly recommend Improving Lives to anyone seeking counseling.
All of the offices are amazing and provide excellent and much needed services to the community. The CEO, Kneale, is very kind and helpful if/when you meet him and I would highly recommend Improving Live Counseling to everyone in need.
I filled out 2 requests for counciling and they were generous enough to get back to me in just under 2 months. It looks like counceling is the next industry to be taken over by online apps because I will be taking my business to betterhelp application online. They had the decency to reach out the same day. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I would give a lower than 1 star rating if I could.
Love this place!!! Staff make you feel cared for from the very first phone call. Scheduling is easy. I have NEVER felt judged by anyone there. Kneale and Nikki were a Godsend for me. I am so thankful I found them. Keep up the good work! 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family!
