Anne seriously helped me out, if you have any problems this woman is the PERSON to go to. The VA was no doing their part and kept calling me when they should have called Improving Lives. Least to say Anne is the best person suited to figure it out! The VA lied and told me they didn’t have a point of contact which somehow now they do. Thank you Anne.
I referred a family member and they made such a difference for them! And this was a person who was hesitant to go into therapy. I can’t recommend them enough.
Talked to someone named Becca on the phone. She was rude and borderline hostile. I would try somewhere else if she is a counselor.
