I highly recommend Ron Smith of Impressions Real Estate. Any realtor can set up an MLS search and show houses. Ron took the time to understand what we wanted in a house and searched diligently to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our home. He was great communicating with us and making sure we were always aware of what was happening throughout the process.
It has been nothing but a nightmare being the buyer of a home represented by this company. Their realtors are rude and disrespectful and not to mention the headache it is to get the check made out to my contractor. Now that I have closed on my home I am being asked to go above and beyond for items that are not stated in my contract. I hope that of this company is representing a seller they are treated with more respect then I have been shown as a buyer.
